FAQs
Giving you answers about primary care
If you don't find the information you need, please call us at 786-5222. We always welcome new patients, and want to provide the best patient resources to the families we already serve.

- • how do you handle referrals?
- • what about office visits when I or my child is sick?
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! Any patient old enough to have had all their inoculations (usually age 5) is welcome. Please note that we do not accept new patients for the purpose of a personal injury evaluation related to a Worker's Compensation claim, motor vehicle accident, or similar event.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans. The list below relates to those that new patients most often ask about and is not the complete list; call if you do not see your plan listed.
- • Blue Cross / Blue Shield
- • Harvard Pilgrim
- • Fallon Community Health
- • Health New England
- • Aetna
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Most appointments can be made within 24 hours of your call within business hours; urgent care visits can almost always be made on a same-day basis.
What are your areas of practice?
The services we perform as a primary care physician practice overlap with some of the practices of family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics; we do our best to accommodate non-critical urgent care visits. Some of the routine procedures that patients rely on us for include:
- • physical exams for work, school, camp, DOT
- • blood work
- • lab work
- • EKG
How do you handle referrals?
For current patients, we are able to give referrals over the phone in nearly every case. Calls for a referral from individuals with whom we have not had an initial exam will need to come in for a well visit before we can offer a referral.
What about office visits when I or my child is sick?
Sick or urgent care visits can ordinarily be accommodated on a same-day basis, depending on the time.
