As family practitioner or personal resource, we are here for you

The central idea behind our primary care physician practice is to meet the everyday needs of every family we serve. Whether it is a scheduled well visit for an annual physical, or a sick or urgent visit because a loved one is under the weather, it is never the wrong time to call a family practitioner. If you need a referral for a surgical procedure or other doctor, we have access to the most advanced resources. And if a hospital admission is called for, SNE Primary Care has relationships with all the major local hospitals and medical centers.

The type of patient or family whose health we serve

We are happy to welcome new patients to our primary and family health care practice; however, we do not serve patients under the age of five. The patient resources section of our website can help answer questions about us being your family doctor. Maybe you just moved to the area; maybe you started a new job and are enrolling in a new insurance plan; maybe you are a student, teenager, or young adult who is outgrowing a traditional pediatric practice. If you are old enough to have had all your inoculations, we are ready to serve you.
