Sick / Urgent Visits

Sick or urgent care visits are a part of what we do

Good health is part of everyday living...but so are fevers, burns, and a host of other relatively minor injuries. For patients carrying insurance we accept, we are able to accommodate urgent care visits on a same day basis during office hours: call 786-5222.

Please note that our urgent care physician services do not include personal injury evaluations such as those associated with a Worker's Compensation claim or motor vehicle accident.

Urgent care medicine for current or new patients

If your sick visit or urgent care needs represent the first time you visit, we will need to gather information above and beyond that relating to your immediate needs. Depending on how urgent your circumstances, you may want to download and complete the forms you will need before coming to our Agawam physician office for care.

Our belief in the importance of wellness includes the belief in getting to know each patient. The added efficiency of electronic medical records in our primary and urgent care physician practice allow us to keep up with developments in in our patients' lives. So when a need for urgent care arises we know all the implications it has—and all the complications to avoid.
