We want to make it as easy as possible for you to maintain your health with effective, personal primary care. The list of health insurance plans we accept includes more than those listed below; call and ask us if you do not see your coverage listed.

Please note that we do not see patients for physical exams relating to Worker's Compensation, personal injury evaluation, or pain management; see our office policies for more details.

Coverage for more than routine exams and office visits

Each different plan has its own provisions for co-payments and types of care that are covered. We do our best to be as responsive to your health and wellness needs as we can be. However, it is your responsibility to understand the limits of your coverage. Once you are an established patient, we can help you facilitate other types of care such as prescription refills or referrals to a specialist, but we cannot be responsible for care you accept that is not covered by your insurance.
